In 1992, when C-SRF splits, MiGs were divided between Czech Republic and Slovak Republic half-to-half.

1989-1990: 18 MiG-29 (9-12A) and 2 MiG-29UB (9-51) from Soviet Union
In total 20 MiGs between 1989 and 1990
Czechoslovakia ordered 40 MiGs, but order was realised only partially

Camouflage and painting


MiG-29 no. 7702, 11th Fighter Aviation Regiment, Czechoslovakia 1990.

In 2015 MiG-29 no. 8003 return to Czech Republic from Slovakia where was decomissioned and stored in Piestany. Acquired by museum in Praha-Kbely, in exchange for Ilyushin Il-28.
